Shipping Policy Overview:

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen shipping method. Tracking information will be provided via email or WhatsApp once the order has been shipped. Orders made on Sundays and public holidays may experience delays of a few days. We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to most destinations worldwide, however due various custom regulations and restrictions in some countries, we may not be able to ship to a client’s choice destination. In such cases, we liaise with the shipping carriers/agents on the ground to ensure we satisfy our clients. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight of the package and the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Delivery Timeframes:

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. These are based on standard shipping times and may vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking:

Customers will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once the order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and contact the shipping carrier for any delivery issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Return due to Non-Delivery:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Change to Shipping Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
